Our Website gives users the ability to consume content related to personal development, post comments and other user generated content, to purchase access to a variety of online, streaming and downloadable content on a subscription or other basis, and to purchase other services and products including readings, subject to these Site Terms.
You agree that all transactions will be performed electronically and that the terms of the purchase of access to and use of any products or services will be governed by these Terms. Damn Louise may, in our sole discretion, change or discontinue any or all aspects of our website at any time, without notice, and without liability to you.
- Readings are offered in good faith to empower and serve the best interests of the client. Damn Louise strives to provide guidance, and practical courses of action.
- Damn Louise welcomes clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths and sexual orientations.
- All readings are confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the client’s permission, unless required by law. See Privacy Policy.
- Damn Louise does not offer medical, legal, or financial advice, and any advice offered should not be used in place of licensed legal or financial services, or licensed medical or psychiatric care.
- Damn Louise reserves the right to refuse readings and/or questions that they feel they unqualified to answer, are impermissible by law, or that violate these Terms.
- Future predictions are not guaranteed outcomes. Predictions are expressions of opinion based on an interpretation of the present; outcomes can be influenced by decisions and actions taken after readings are delivered to you.
- Questions about third-parties are accepted but clients are encouraged to focus on themselves to receive practical guidance with regard to specific circumstances.
- Damn Louise services do NOT include solving crimes, picking lottery numbers, locating lost items or persons, predicting event dates, past life readings, diagnosing medical conditions, finding cures for illnesses, spell work, or dark magic.
We collect your personal information for the following reasons:
- for the purposes of processing payments and fulfilling orders for products or services placed by you, processing your request, order fulfillment and tracking.
- to manage and communicate with you about your account, including responding to your questions and providing customer or technical support.
- to publish feedback and/or personal testimonials that you provide in our editorial publications and online articles.

Questions that you pose, and details discussed during readings remain strictly confidential unless required by law. Damn Louise may only disclose reading information in response to legal process, for example in response to a court order or a subpoena, or in response to a law enforcement agency’s request. We may disclose Information to third parties for fraud prevention, to investigate or prevent illegal activities or violations of our Terms, to protect the rights and safety of others, or as otherwise required by law.
Damn Louise may disclose personal information that includes your basic account information, etc. to:
- Vendors and Other Companies. Damn Louise hires vendors and other companies to perform services for us such as creation, maintenance, hosting, delivery, and marketing of our services. This may include processing payments, email and order fulfillment, administration of contests, customer service, or conducting research and analytics, including recording of mouse movements or clicks, keyboard strokes/touches, page scrolls, typed text or other interactions during a user session. We may also use service providers to enable our chat, comments, or survey features, to moderate comments and chat among our users or to verify disclosures from influencers we work with. These chat, comment, survey, or moderation service providers may obtain recordings of your comments, text, or voice communications for purposes of making the feature available, improving our services, or addressing potential abuses of our Terms or other concerns on behalf of our users.

READINGS VIA ZOOM
- You understand that once a reading has commenced, it is non-refundable. Refunds are provided only upon mutual agreement when the reading has not been performed.
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead of time via the “Cancel/change your appointment” button in your confirmation email. There are no fees for rescheduling or canceling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- Please email theweez@DamnLouise.com if you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour appointment window to avoid being charged as a no-show (see #4 below) for your reading.
- If you do not log onto Zoom within 10 minutes of the appointment time, or email as instructed above, you are considered a “No Show” and your appointment is forfeit. No refunds are provided for no-shows.
- Damn Louise reserves the right to reschedule your appointment. We strive to give as much notice as possible with alternative times will be via email and text if you opt in to text communication.
READINGS VIA EMAILED PDF AND/OR VIDEO
- Recorded and/or written readings are typically delivered within 5-10 days from purchase, depending on volume. You may request a refund before a reading is delivered to you. However, if work on a reading has been started, but not yet delivered it is non-refundable. Please email theweez@DamnLouise.com to inquire about canceling/refunding your emailed reading.
PRODUCTS
- Damn Louise products are artist-created and printed on demand. As such, they take a bit longer to arrive than if you purchased products on Amazon or a similar storefront. We thank you for this understanding this at the time of purchase. No refunds will be provided for slow shipping.
- Our refund policy does not cover buyer’s remorse or change of heart. We strive to provide accurate product pictures and videos and take great care to work with vendors that deliver exceptional quality. As an artist-driven shop, we thank you for your understanding of this policy.
- If you do not receive your products, receive incorrect products, or receive damaged or faulty products, please email theweez@DamnLouise.com and will make every effort to rectify your order, which may include refund or replacement.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
- You can manage your subscription under the Subscriptions menu item in your account. Select Cancel subscription to stop the subscription from renewing or Enable auto-renew (i.e. renew their subscription automatically and indefinitely).
- In the event that your payment fails, after first payment failure, we retry the payment up to 4 times—always with 12 hours between retries. If we are unable to charge you after 48 hours, we will deactivate your subscription.
- If your subscription is past due or expired, you can navigate to the Subscriptions menu item and click Renew Now to update your credit card details or switch to Apple Pay or Google Pay (if required) to renew your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that (i) you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of Damn Louise products or services, including any downloads from the Damn Louise Site; (ii) neither Damn Louise nor its officers, owners, directors, employees, partners or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of data, profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings under any circumstances, even if they’re based on negligence or we’ve been advised of the possibility of those damages; and (iii) in any calendar month, the total liability of Damn Louise and our third-party providers, licensors, distributors, or suppliers to you will be no more than what you paid us for products or services the preceding month.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Damn Louise and its owners, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liability, losses, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Damn Louise website, products, and/or services, your violation of these Terms, unsolicited information you provide to the Damn Louise through the Website, or your violation of any third party’s rights, including without limitation, infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. These Terms will inure to the benefit of the company’s successors, assigns, and licensees.
